Compared with traditional solvent varnish, this water-based wood coating offers lower odor, easier cleanup, and a clearer finish that helps reduce yellowing. The sealing primer blocks oils and tannins, the primer adds fullness and sanding smoothness, and the topcoat delivers scratch resistance, water resistance, mold resistance, and UV durability.

It is a practical choice for wood surfaces close to daily family life, including pet houses, indoor furniture, cabinet panels, and decorative joinery.

The surface to be coated must be clean, free of grease and debris, and confirmed to be dry. Stir the product thoroughly and evenly before use.

The actual paint consumption may vary depending on the roughness of the surface and the dilution ratio. Add 0-10% clean water as needed for adjustment.

If drying conditions are available, allow the coating to level for approximately 10 minutes, then dry at 60°C for 30 minutes. After cooling, the product can be packaged 12 hours later. This product should be applied in a clean, dry, well-ventilated environment at 10-40°C.

3-7 days at 25°C. At lower temperatures (not below 5°C), extend the curing time appropriately to achieve an ideal film effect.

During breaks in application and after completion, promptly clean all tools with clean water.

  For standard pet houses and furniture, we recommend a 3-step system: 1 coat of Sealing Primer, 1-2 coats of Foundation Primer, and 1-2 coats of Topcoat.
