HILHELM Oil ML10 is manufactured in our ISO 9001:2015 facility using high-shear dispersion technology to achieve consistent nanoparticle size distribution. In-house QC includes penetration depth testing on multiple wood species (oak, pine, beech, maple, cedar, fir timber), pull-off adhesion testing, and drying time verification. Annual capacity: 5,000+ tons exported to wood coating manufacturers globally.
Remove dust and grease with clean water, and keep the substrate dry. Apply 1-2 coats of HILHELM Wood Oil ML10 using a cross-coat (criss-cross) technique. Allow 24 hours for complete curing. If necessary, dilute with up to 10% tap water; once diluted, the product must be used within 24 hours.
